Danny is the founder of SMS Mining Pty Ltd, part of the broader Andel Group. Danny is a director of Andel Resources and SMS Holdings and brings his extensive contacts, mining industry expertise and technical knowhow to the group.

David is General Manager, Geology and Resource Strategy for Andel Resources. David has deep experience in mining geology in The Murchison Region having held a number of senior roles in both underground and open cut mining geology with leading gold producers in Western Australia.

Rod is Chief Development Officer for The Andel Group. Rod has extensive corporate finance experience across investment banking, private equity and corporate development roles at resources companies throughout Australia.

Flavio is Chief Technical Officer for Andel Resources. With more than two decades of expertise in the mining industry, he has held pivotal technical and leadership positions with premier gold producers and mining services companies throughout Brazil, Western Australia, Africa, and Papua New Guinea.

Sally is General Manager, Strategic Projects and Procurement for The Andel Group. Sally has held major roles for a number of leading international mining companies in procurement and contract management with deep experience in business transformation and Artifical Intelligence
