EXPERTISE
How we move an asset forward
Andel leads every stage of development, engaging specialist partners as needed. One relationship, one point of accountability.
Evaluation
01
ANDEL
Target Identification & Assessment
Every engagement begins with a thorough independent assessment of the asset and the situation around it. Andel conducts technical and commercial due diligence across resource quality, site infrastructure, operational history and market context. We evaluate the full picture before capital or commitment is on the table. This stage determines whether an asset can be progressed, on what terms, and within what timeframe.
What this covers
- Resource and technical assessment
- Site infrastructure, access and condition review
- Operational history and performance analysis
- Regulatory, tenure and approvals landscape
- Commercial viability and return modelling

Structuring
02
ANDEL
Capital Structuring & Commercial Arrangement
Where the asset stacks up, Andel moves quickly to structure a commercial arrangement that works for all parties. We bring capital and capability as a combined offer: joint ventures, management agreements, profit-sharing or rights structures designed around the asset, not a template. Asset owners retain meaningful participation in the upside while Andel carries the operational burden and risk.
Structures available
- Joint venture equity arrangements
- Management agreements and operating rights
- Profit-sharing and royalty structures
- Management fee and oversight models
- Hybrid arrangements tailored to the asset and its owners

PLANNING

ANDEL
SMS MINING
Operational Pathway Design & Planning
Before a single tonne moves, the complete operating pathway is designed and stress-tested. Andel works with its partners to define the methodology, site logistics and processing configuration, sequencing every element from the mine gate through to product. This planning stage eliminates the gaps that typically cause delays and cost overruns once operations begin.
Pathway design includes
- Operating method selection and production schedule
- Logistics, haulage routes and site access
- Environmental and waste management planning
- Processing route and production configuration
- Workforce mobilisation and site establishment

Operations

ANDEL
GYLDEN RESOURCES
Off take & Value Realisation
The final stage converts processed product into realised value and delivers documented returns to asset owners. Andel manages the full chain of custody from product dispatch through to sale and settlement, using established offtake and market relationships built for the commodity in question. Proceeds are distributed transparently in line with the commercial arrangement agreed at stage two.
Delivery includes
- Product dispatch and chain of custody management
- Offtake and sale through established market relationships
- Settlement and revenue reporting
- Transparent reconciliation to asset owners
